apartment. There are many apartment styles to choose from. All are rented unfurnished on a monthly
basis; no buy-in fees or leases.
Here you'll find freedom from repairing and maintaining a
household. From fixing a leaky faucet to tightening a hinge on you cupboard door, or friendly staff
promptly attends to any repairs you need. |
| You'll enjoy two delicious meals a day
in our spacious and elegant dining room. Meet your friends at the 24-hour beverage and snack bar. |
| Gardeners Will Enjoy Our Waist-High Gardens |
| Enjoy Mother Nature without bending over,
because we've raised our flowers and vegetables three feet in the air, in giant flower pots. You'll have
your own patch to grow the greenery of your choice. Gardeners will also enjoy the Pacific Pointe greenhouse
where flowers can get off to a blooming start. |
| Let us do the housework while you
pursue other activities. Housekeeping services are included in your monthly rent. Weekly, each
apartment is vacuumed, cleaned, and dusted with special care given to your treasured belongings.
Bed linens and towels are also changed. Windows are washed as needed. Ample washers and dryers,
conveniently located on the first floor, are free to our residents. Discover our own beauty/barber
shop run by independent stylists, located on our second floor. |
| Participate In Activities |
| Be as active or as relaxed as you want
to be. You can partake in some good-natured competition in the Games and Billiards area on our third
floor. Take advantage of the scheduled events in the Activity area on the second floor and craft room
on the first floor, a center for lively interaction. Or, your may simply relax with friends in your
apartment. It's up to you. |

Our duplex cottages are clustered next
to Pacific Pointe Retirement Inn. Here, you will enjoy complete independence while having the added
benefits of retirement living.
Each duplex is private and spacious. Select from a variety of
floor plans, all with two bedrooms, your choice of one or two bathrooms, complete kitchens including
dishwashers, washer/dryer, carport parking and private patio decks. |

campus is located next to thriving communities - Tigard, Beaverton and Portland. King City itself
is a complete, well-rounded community with shopping centers, banks, and specialty shops all within
walking distance. The King City Golf Course is also located nearby. Tri-Met bus service is provided
right to our front door and I-5 is nearby. In case of emergency, Meridian Park Hospital is close
by. |

Pointe Bus from regularly scheduled shopping trips, medical appointments as well as fun and exciting
field trips. |
